Do we have to share a backyard?
It depends on the unit. If you're staying in one of our studio units (300 sq ft), you'll have access to a shared outdoor patio and seasonal pool area — great for relaxing or grilling. If you’re staying in the 800 sq ft casita, you’ll have your own private backyard that is not shared with other guests.
What amenities are included?
All of our rentals include a fully equipted kitchen with all the essentials to make easy meals, private washer and dryer (all in one for in the studio rentals_, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, heating & cooling (mini-split system in studio rentals), and free on-site parking. Studio units also have access to a seasonal pool and shared patio.
Do you offer discounts for longer stays?
Yes! We often provide discounts for stays longer than 60 days. Contact us directly for our best rate.
Do you have access to a washer and dryer?
Yes! Every unit at Green Valley Stays includes a private washer and dryer, so you can do laundry right from your rental — no shared machines or trips to the laundromat needed.
Do you allow pets?
At this time, we do not allow pets to keep the units allergy-friendly for all guests.
